Ted served as a police officer prior to God’s call to ministry. He and his wife Nancy attended Briercrest Bible College, where he received a bachelor degree. Following graduation he pastored churches in Ontario and Quebec. As he worked as a chaplain at a police service Ted recognized a need for further education and earned a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counselling. He is also a trained trauma and grief counsellor. He and Nancy started Hope Counselling Centre in Woodstock and also served as interim pastor in three churches.
Ted and Nancy have two children (Tracey married to Kelly and living in Alberta and Daryl and Ruth living in the Niagara Region) and three grandchildren. Ted brings a passion for helping people seek God’s direction in their lives.
